Carol Warner Art Advisory (CWAA) is a Connecticut-based art advisory firm with expertise in a wide range of styles, periods and media, particularly focused on contemporary art and craft.  CWAA works with clients on all stages of a collection, from concept development, to setting an appropriate budget, working on sourcing appropriate artwork, and overseeing its installation.

Carol Warner Art Advisory works with architects and designers to integrate artwork into the initial planning stages of large corporate and institutional projects as well as smaller residential programs.  CWAA sources artists for large-scale site-specific commissioned works, or works directly with private clients interested in building their own contemporary art collections.  Additional services include overseeing framing and delivery of artwork, developing interpretive materials and programming, and creating collections management systems for existing or new collections. CWAA also can assist in the appropriate deaccession of artwork.

Our principal, Carol Warner, has over 37 years of experience with clients and collections throughout the world.  As Vice President and Corporate Curator for Fidelity Investments in Boston for more than 33 years, she was responsible for developing a collection of over 15,000 pieces of contemporary artwork installed in over eight million square feet located in Asia, Europe and North America. She has an extensive network of gallery and artist relationships throughout these regions. With undergraduate and graduate degrees in Art History and past positions at several Boston area museums including the Department of American Decorative Arts and Sculpture at the Museum of Fine Arts, she has experience working with large institutions as well as private collections.
